我们所看到的所有的会议、现场的赛事、活动,都源于“策划之手”。FBIF策划部的伙伴最不能忍的就是现场有客户打瞌睡!!!所以,为了实现“现场0瞌睡”,策划部想出了一个天才般的方法:现场要是发现客户睡觉,立马送一瓶风油精


当然,这是开玩笑的。我们策划部的工作就是打造Simba公司的优质产品,是要让现场充满干货与创意兼具的、能启发客户,对客户有价值的内容。所以,策划部的基本工作内容是:


“市场调研—撰写会议话题—邀请演讲嘉宾—演讲内容深化”,或者是,“提出创意活动方案—制定策略与计划——落地执行”。


但是随着策划部部门的壮大,业务的增多,策划部的工作内容更加丰富,既包括会议,也包括各种赛事,还有培训,甚至是国内外企业考察(2018年新生代农夫山泉千岛湖基地考察与荷兰游学)。加入策划部,有很多可以玩!

Conference Production Manager

[About Simba and its Conference Production Department]

Founded in Shanghai in 2013, Simba Events was originally a conference company specialized in serving the food industry. Currently, it has developed its businesses into fields of events, awards, media, communities and training. Simba believes that the value of a conference lies in generating more ideas and inspiring more innovative approaches through share and interaction and that a conference should assume the mission of pushing the industry forward.

Currently, our producers have planned projects including: FBIF Food & Beverage Innovation Forum—a leading F&B event in the AP region, honored as “Davos in the food industry”; Marking Awards—a global F&B package design contest; Hello Foods Prize and “Fresh Air”— domestic F&B innovation awards for organizations and students respectively; Simba Training; and CEO Forum and etc.


[Job Responsibilities]

The main duty of a Conference Production Manager is to create high-quality conference products. The job scope includes market research, writing topics, inviting speakers and etc.


Detailed Responsibilities

1. Build and plan the system: improving the department system and making plans in accordance with the company strategy;

2. Market research: researching, collecting and analyzing industrial information, capturing industry hotspots and trends;

3. Write topics: writing and translating topics and documents, determining the agenda, and editing information for conference booklets;

4. Invite speakers: inviting speakers worldwide based on determined topics and relevant issues.

5. Innovation and Content Deepening: exploring and practicing more innovative and valuable topics and products and more lively conference form; tracking speakers’ speeches and ensuring the live speeches presented with high quality;

6. Internal training: guiding sales and marketing personnel, helping group members to understand and know well conference products and understand conference topics and discussions, popularizing industrial knowledge and finding out the key selling points.

7. Assist sales personnel: assisting sales in writing materials and making the best customized attendance plans;

8. Verify information: ensuring the speakers-related information released by the Project Group is correct;

9. On-site execution: assisting in preparations, reception and coordination, and preparing for the possible hosting work;

10. Edit post-conference reports: filing post-conference reports in English and Chinese versions and writing letter of thanks to speakers, collecting conference materials and feedback from guests and participants and putting them in order;

11. Other responsibilities related to producers.


[Job Requirements]

1. Careful work and strong execution;

2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (CET6 above 500 credits);

3. A master of using Microsoft Office and other office software (with great proficiency);

4. Excellent communication skills and resource integration capabilities;

5. Strong innovation, analysis and judgment abilities;

6. Being honest, enthusiastic, active and initiative, a great team-worker;

7. Great stress tolerance, being positive and devoted, and don’t care about your pay in order to complete a project;

8. At least two excellent projects planning experience.

销售部赚钱多得让老板都坐不住想当销售了。

Global Account Manager

The main duties and responsibilities of a Global Account Manager (International Sales Manager) are to accomplish his personal and team’s performance objectives and ensure the quality and quantity of foreign guests and entries of a conference, an activity or an event in conformity with the index.


1. Develop a plan: developing an annual plan for overseas sales and completing sales preparations;

2. Know well products: getting familiar with Simba’s conferences, activities, events and other related products;

3. Collect overseas target customers: collecting information of potential overseas customers in accordance with the positioning of our projects;

4. Invite customers: recommending our products to target customers worldwide (except for customers in Chinese mainland);

5. Maintain good relationship with customers: developing customers and maintaining good business relationship with them;

6. On-site execution and service: assisting in the preparations and services for on-site guests and sponsors;

7. Post-conference summary: summary work related to the department and general affairs after a conference;

8. Training-related: completing the department’s training materials and training the newcomers;

9. Other responsibilities related to the sales department.

一心花钱的首席体验官——会务部


销售部在公司是负责挣钱的,会务部在Simba是专门负责花钱的部门(真幸福[可爱])。


千万不要成为地主家的傻儿子,我们需要那些懂得花钱,让花钱变成一门艺术的伙伴。会务部肩负着会议、活动的执行的使命,需要对接大量的供应商,并负责物料的采购。会务部的工作绝不仅限于此。会务部的策划、管理与执行直接决定着客户会前、会中、会后的体验。因此,会务部是Simba的首席体验官

有人这样回答市场部与销售部的关系:

“对于任何一家有市场功能的公司来说,销售做的是当下的生意,而市场做的是5年甚至10年后的生意”。 前者拉近与客户的心理距离,后者拉近与客户的物理距离。”

人自我介绍的时候说:“你好,我是500个群的群主王嚣张!”对方立刻肃然起敬。哈哈,但是,我们群主的定位是做服务于广大食品行业客户的人民好公仆!

 

FBIF的社群是我们“日益增长的客户需求与人手不足的矛盾”的最好体现,我们的伙伴加群加到“生无可恋”,做社群如果不是因为清廉,资产早已过亿,但是看到我们的群里专业的分享,客户需求得到解决,这种满足感是远远胜过资产过亿的(有点心虚)!

为什么我们的会议背景板就得是长方形的?为什么我们现场遗留的矿泉水总是只被喝了不到一半?为什么我们参会嘉宾的胸牌、会刊用完就被扔?

 

这些都是体验或者创意不够。我们学习最成功的案例之一,三只松鼠的设计理念:三只松鼠首席设计师李子明强调的最多的是情感,温情,以及那种交付出的设计师的真心,通过设计表达给消费者的实实在在的心意。

 

我们是会议公司,为什么不可以让会议的设计也变得有温度?让每一件作品都让客户流连忘返?为什么不可以通过设计表达我们的理念,让创新的设计成为潮流,同时也通过设计启发我们的客户?

财务部

企业内部管理的中枢——财务部


企业的重要目标就是围绕着如何以较小的消耗取得尽量大的经济效益。从这个角度去看,我们就非常容易理解很多创新企业存在的意义。SpaceX降低了火箭发射的成本;微信和支付宝降低了我们交易的成本;机器人降低了人力的成本。成本的降低、效率的提升是企业得以占有市场或者开创新市场的基础。

 

有人说:“财务具备货币计量这个统一尺度,是企业唯一一个具有串联人、财、物、供、产、销等一切价值链条的职能管理部门。”

 

财务就是计算与衡量成本与效率的工具,做好财务,企业就具备系统的、全面的管理视角,因此,财务是企业内部管理的中枢。Simba财务的重要职责是:建立起财务管理体系。

人事部

公司最重要的战略——首席人才官


所有的事情都是由人做出来的,因此,优秀人才招募、员工的成长、员工关系的维护等等,将始终会是Simba最重要的工作之一,人力资源也将成为公司最重要的战略部门。Simba对于HR的有两条要求:用营销的思维做招聘,以及,HR一定要也懂业务。Simba首席人才官是公司里仅次CEO的最重要战略岗位。

行政部

首席员工服务官——行政部


行政部将是唯一一个岗位的绩效考核主要由全体员工打分的部门。因为,行政部的首要职责是服务好全体员工,让每个员工爽!Simba的价值观第一条是“客户第一”,行政部的客户就是Simba全体员工。

“创新企业家计划”——管理培训生计划


为什么是“创新企业家”而不是管理者?


基业长青的企业最重要的特征是不断创新与自我颠覆,经济的繁荣与社会的发展往往是具有企业家精神的企业领袖与管理者将创新思维转化为行动的结果。


“创新”已成为所有企业生存发展的马达,墨守成规的公司纵使没做错事,也都活不了(例如诺基亚、柯达等)。如果做同行和前人做过的事,这是职业经理人,而不是企业家。承担独特的风险,并对后果负责的人才能称作企业家(德鲁克对企业家的定义)。


在Simba每一轮的增长,都依赖于公司业务模式的创新,不断抛弃过去的方式,拥抱变革。因此,我们需要的未来管理者,需是创新的引领者,而非墨守成规的管理者。

①   Simba业绩增长可期:

过去我们每年增长的速度超过60%,并有迅速递增的趋势(2017年增长82.08%),预计未来3-5年内Simba将实现年收入5000万的目标。不管是当下,还是未来,我们对于企业家(管理人才+创新实践与推动者)需求都十分强烈。
